- Standard (USPS First‑Class or UPS Ground): $4.99 – delivery in 3‑7 business days.
- Expedited (UPS 2‑Day): $9.99 – delivery in 2 business days.
- Free Shipping: Orders $75 + automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
3. International Shipping
- We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and select European countries.
- Rates are calculated at checkout and include basic customs clearance fees.
- Import duties, taxes, and additional customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Shipping Carrier & Tracking
- All domestic orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.
- Once your package ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor progress on the carrier’s website.
5. Handling Time & Delays
- We do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, but occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
- If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email and provide an updated delivery estimate.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- For domestic shipments, we file a claim with the carrier if a package is lost or arrives damaged.
- International orders are subject to the carrier’s policies; we’ll assist with any claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

- Please double‑check the shipping address before completing checkout. We’re not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and you’ll be charged a re‑shipping fee if a correction is needed.
8. Returns & Exchanges
- If you need to return an item, the standard return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we’ll process a refund or exchange according to our Return Policy.
